Jay Corscadden is a Partner with AH Ventures and a member of its founding team. For more than 15 years, he has worked extensively with emerging growth technology companies. Before joining AH Ventures, Jay was an investment banker for seven years with the Technology Group at Adams Harkness, where he focused on advising technology companies with respect to raising public and private equity capital and in mergers and acquisitions transactions. During that tenure, he helped his clients successfully complete more than $2.8 billion of transaction volume. Jay currently manages the Firm's investments in Blacksmith Applications, Endeca, IE-Engine, and ChipWrights.
